Erika has been working in the dental industry for many years. Originally from Oklahoma, she made Charlotte her home in 2001. You will see her all over the office as she wears many hats at Shine. Erika studied International Business at American College Dublin, Dental Hygiene at CPCC and has a B.S. in Cell Biology and Microbiology from UNC Charlotte. When she's not at Shine, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Chris, her teenager Grace, and her bonus kids Matt and Natalie. Erika loves relaxing by the pool, playing advanced board games and competing in two trivia leagues.
Lucie Is originally from Columbus Ohio-Go Buckeyes!!! She graduated from Hillsdale College with a bachelor of Arts degree in Childhood education. Even though, she isn't working in her designated field it has helped her keep sanity raising her 5 teenage children with her husband Kyle. Lucie has, however, always been surrounded by dentistry, as her father was a dentist. She grew up helping in his office, which in turn became her career before "retiring" to raise her family. She is thrilled to back in the industry, and looks forward to enjoying time with everyone at Shine!
Megan is one of our Dental Assistants here at Shine. She is originally from Florida and moved to Charlotte in 2007. She comes from a big family; the oldest of six! She is currently working on her B.S. in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her goal is to become an Oral Surgeon. Megan has always had a passion for Dentistry, every since she was a child and is excited to see what God has in store for her future. When Megan is not at Shine she enjoys spending her time with her family, working out, and of course traveling!
Janet is originally from Huntington, WV. She graduated from West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Janet has been working in dentistry for over 20 years. When she is not working at Shine, she enjoys spending time with her two grown children who live here in Charlotte, along with playing tennis, working out and riding motorcycles with her husband Doug.
